Refund policy

All sent products are marked with return address for your convenience.

A product can only be return if there is a manufacturing defect. We do not provide returns for any other reasons due to hygiene and nature of the products. 

If a product is returned, it will come back to us and we'll place it in temporary returns for 30 days at no cost. During this time, you'll be able to change the shipping address, and you'll be responsible for shipping costs. All unclaimed returns will go to charity. A 20% processing fee will apply for reshipping.
